Welcome to Lexington School District Two, where Champions for Children is more than a just a theme. It is a leadership standard. It represents how we make decisions, how we support one another, and how we create learning environments where every child is known, valued, supported, and challenged. Our district is committed to building Destination Schools — schools where families choose to be, students are excited to learn, employees are proud to serve, and the community sees excellence in action.

Lexington School District Two students posted gains on 2026 SC School Report Cards released October 12 by the SC Department of Education, with the majority of district schools attaining “Good” to “Excellent” ratings in year-over year growth, and half of the district’s schools improving their overall rating over last year. “We are proud of the strides our students and schools have made, and these results reflect the hard work of our students, teachers, school leaders, staff, and families across Lexington Two,” Superintendent Dr. Angela Cooper said, noting "there is still important work ahead." 🚨 PARENTS: A QUICK SAFETY REMINDER

Did you know? Lexington School District Two conducts random searches at our middle and high schools as part of our ongoing effort to keep prohibited and unwanted items out of our schools.

These proactive searches are one of the many ways we work to maintain a safe and secure learning environment for our students and staff.

📌 Please take a moment to review the prohibited items listed in the poster and talk with your student about what cannot be brought onto school property or to district-sponsored events.

Thank you for partnering with us to keep our schools safe and focused on learning.
