Welcome to 7th Grade Science!

Greetings Bulldogs! I am Dr. Antionette H. Elliott, and I am returning back to Busbee after leaving in 2013. I am excited to become a Bulldog again! I have taught middle and high school science for 25 years and have completed 20 years of those years in Lex 2. I have recently taught at Airport High School for the past 11 years. Since I've been at the high school, I've taught Biology, Earth Science, Forensics, and Physical Science. I am originally from Sumter, South Carolina where I began my career as a teacher at Furman Middle School. I am a three-time graduate of the University of South Carolina earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Master of Education in Secondary Science Education, and Doctor of Education in Curriculum Studies.  

 

I have one daughter who is a recent Airport 2024 graduate, and she will also be attending the illustrious University of South Carolina in the fall. GO GAMECOCKS! I love spending time with my family traveling to Disney World, Universal Studios, and the beach. I also love spending time at the zoo and the South Carolina State Fair!

 

I am looking forward to a fantastic school year! It is great to be a Bulldog!
