Camp Leopold Reminders!
Monday, November 1 - Wednesday, November 3, 2021
*Students should arrive at school between 7:30 AM and 7:45 AM Monday morning and report to the cafeteria with their luggage.
*Students must be a car rider on Monday and for pick up on Wednesday, Nov. 3. Pick up time is 1:30 pm.
Be sure to pack the following items:
Sheets or sleeping bag/pillow hat/sunglasses
1-2 pants/shorts/3 t-shirts/rain jacket old shoes
3-4 pair of socks pajamas
Towel/washcloth/ soap/deodorant Toothbrush/toothpaste
Bug spray/sunscreen trashbag/walmart bag for dirty clothes
Gift Shop:
Prices for the gift shop items are as follows: Stickers $2, Lanyards $3, Sunglasses $5, T-shirts $10, Owl Calls $15.
*Please limit food/snacks/candy.
The camp requests NO cell phones or electronics.
Weather Updates
Follow the weather closely and help to ensure that students are appropriately dressed for the trip. It's often chilly here in the mornings but warm in the afternoon at this time of the year. We will be outside in anything but severe rain and/or thunderstorms. Additionally, we will be venturing out into a real wetland during our Wetlands class, so please encourage students to bring muck/rain boots and additional changes of clothes if they are able.
