Good afternoon. Today you will take a quiz on the notes on the fretboard. You may take this quiz as many times as you need to earn the best grade as you can earn. Please make certain to turn in your validation code or validation code using a private comment on this page when you complete the quiz. After you are done you may do the following:

3. Put your head down and have a rest.

Good morning! I hope you are staying safe and well today. You have two options for your work today. If you have a guitar at home then you can earn credit by learning a small portion of the Angry Birds theme by Ari Pulkkinen. If you do not have a guitar at home now that is ok there is another option for you.
1. Complete a listening journal.
Remember, I am not here to count off points for grammar and spelling but I do ask for you to help me by writing so I can understand what you are communicating to me.
2. If you choose to complete the Angry Birds tutorial your assignment that will prove you have gotten in there to do what you need to do, is to record yourself playing a bit of the tune.* (You will need to submit the video to this page.)
*Before you ask no, it does not have to be perfect. No it does not have to be up to tempo. Should it be more than just a few strums on your instrument? Yes. Also, you can do this on a violin but if you do not feel like it then that is ok, please feel free to complete the listening journal.

You may take the assessment as many times as you need to help you earn the best grade you can earn. Once you have finished please turn in the validation code. Students will identify the notes on the staff. Students may take the quiz up to 4 times to earn the best score possible. After finishing the quiz students will need to do the following:
1. Click on their high score.
2. Type in their name next to the box marked, "Sign Report".
3. Click on "Sign Report"
4. Click Copy Code or Copy Link
5. Go back to Google Classroom
6. Paste your code or link into the private comment box.
7. Mark as done.

4. Put their heads down and have some rest.
